Eastern Tandem Rally – Photo Gallery

Although I don’t recall seeing any post rally write-ups, a little bit of sleuthing on the Web has turned up  some artifacts from the 2011 Eastern Tandem Rally at the University of Connecticut in Storrs on August 5-7.

The first artifact is a photo album / slide show shot by our friend Paul that you can find HERE.

My second find is actually something of a treasure trove of “things” related to ETR as well as a very nice blog about tandem cycling in general by “Dave & Karen”, aka, The Tandem Team.

In addition to checking out their blog and Honeymoon Fund Raising efforts, you can go directly to their ETR entry entitled “Our first ever tandem rally” by clicking HERE.

If you visit their ETR blog entry you’ll also find a link to their ETR photo gallery on Facebook, or you can simply go right to it by clicking HERE.  NOTE: You probably need to be a Facebook Inmate to access the photo; sorry about that. Hey, how do think it became a billion dollar business?

And, if that weren’t enough, further digging around will also yield about 5 or 6 short videos shot by ‘The Tandem Team” that they’ve hosted out on their You Tube page that you can find HERE.  Look for the video’s that were posted “2 weeks ago” and that have subject lines like 100 3638.

If any further artifacts surface or are brought to my attention I’ll add them here.

About TG

I've been around a bit and done a few things, have a couple kids and a few grandkids. I tend to be curmudgeonly, matter-of-fact and not predisposed to self-serving chit-chat. Thankfully, my wife's as nice as can be otherwise we'd have no friends. My interests are somewhat eclectic, but whose aren't?
